It's finally starting to feel like spring around here and I'm so ready to say goodbye to cold-weather clothes! I already packed up my thick sweaters and coats for the season. I just couldn't bear to wear them anymore, although the weather has been way below normal this season. The last couple of weeks have been much milder, and according to the weather channel, it will remain this way. It's been long overdue and I'm so happy to take out my spring clothes.
In anticipation of warmer temperatures and sunshine filled days, I have purchased some new light, crisp tops to freshen up my existing spring wardrobe. I'm loving pastel tones, florals and gingham for spring. One of my favorite finds of the season is this blush toned gingham popover top from JCrew. It is so feminine and has a romantic feel to it without being over the top. The part that makes it really special are these darling ruffled sleeves with the cutest little bows. Gingham, ruffles and bows- three of my favorite things all in one!
